Traditional Funeral Services:

• Our church offers traditional funeral services, which include a Eucharistic celebration with the casket or urn present. Friends and family can present eulogy, slide video, sing songs in memory of the deceased, and a priest will celebrate mass. A hearse transports the remains to the cemetery for burial, followed by a possible graveside service. Afterward, families can host a reception in memory of their loved one in our church hall.

Memorial Services:

• For those seeking a less religious or traditional approach, we provide memorial services. These focus on celebrating the life of the departed. A casket or urn are present but there is no Eucharistic Celebration. Friends and family can share stories, and a priest may offer comforting words.

Graveside Services:

• Our graveside services occur at the cemetery, where loved ones pay their final respects before the burial. These intimate ceremonies are simple and heartfelt. A priest may speak briefly, and the focus is on committing the deceased back to the earth.

Direct Burials:

• Is offered when a celebration has already occurred. In this case, the deceased is buried promptly, without additional services.

Additional Offerings:

• Our church choir director and pianist are available to provide music during services.
• Les Dames de la Paroisse can arrange a lunch for the reception, ensuring comfort and support during this difficult time.
